e2save is a trademark of Carphone Warehouse is a well established direct response company that seeks to offer savings in time, hassle and money to customers. Before joining the Carphone Warehouse group e2save was owned by a company called Communications Direct. It was founded in 1999, and from its base in Loughborough, e 2save has grown quickly to become one of the largest mobile phone e-tailers in the UK. It now has 100 employees and a turnover of £30 million.
e2save's cheap contract deals can change rapidly. As an Internet based company, e 2 save offers deals on mobile phone contracts as well as on pay as you go phones. All of the networks are covered - Vodafone, T-Mobile, Virgin, Orange, 3 and 02 and there is a very wide variety of handsets to choose from, some of which are exclusively e2saves. You can choose by network or phone. e2saves latest phone area offers details of phones for sale that have only recently come onto the market, often before they are available in high street stores. The most popular phone brands are covered, including a wide range of models from Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG and Motorola. A range of Blackberrys is also available. New phones that are about to come on the market are listed in a separate section along with details of when they're expected to be available for purchase.
SIM only deals on Virgin, O2 and Orange are available on the website. Cheap pay as you go phones are also available on all networks, and there's a handy calculator based on your monthly spend, that allows you to see whether pay as you go or a monthly contract would be of better value for you.
On the front page of e 2saves website, you can view all of their latest deals plus see pictures of phones next to texts describing tariffs, benefits and any free gifts. On the right hand side there's a list where you can click on links for deals by network, phones and clearance areas. There's also an area where you can click through to their pay as you go phone site and the option to sign up for e 2 saves newsletter. The weekly newsletter contains details of the latest mobile phones as well as special offers and tips on using the many features on your phone. Delivery is free for contract phones ordered via e 2 save's website, but a charge is made for pay as you go mobiles or orders taken over the telephone. If your order is placed before 4pm, e to save offers next day delivery. There's an option to track your order online and all the information you need about buying from etosave is contained on their website.
Most of e2save's cheap contract deals work by redemption. This requires you to pay the full costs of the service, mail your bill at specified intervals and a cheque will be sent to you in return. The system for doing this can seem quite complex so it's important to read all of the terms and conditions and to submit your paper work in plenty of time as the offer can expire if you're too late. If you have an old mobile phone that you want to dispose of, you can use e2saves cash 4 your phone service. You can claim cash for your phone if it's less than four years old, or simply send it freepost for recycling. If you want to trade six or more mobile phones, e2save will arrange a free courier collection. You can also set a reminder on their website if you're due to buy a new mobile and will want to trade in your old one in the near future.
e2's Money 4 Me scheme allows you to recommend your friends and family and receive a payment for each successful applicant that signs up for a monthly contract with any network provider. It only applies when recommending new customers, not existing ones and doesn't apply to a Virgin Mobile SIM only deal. You simply send an email to your family or friends containing e2save's special hyperlink that is stored on your account page. Whenever that link is clicked and it results in a purchase, the sale will automatically be linked to your account and you will receive a cheque about 45 days later. The amount offered varies from time to time, so it's worth watching out for special deals. Similarly e 2 save offers an affiliate scheme, enabling you to sell mobile phones through your own website. There is a range of different programmes designed to cater for all levels of technical experience and expertise. It's free to become an affiliate and you can take advantage of monthly commission payments, exclusive promotions and real time tracking.
Navigation is simple with www.e2save.com as their main site and www.e2save.co.uk redirecting there also. It is always best to bookmark the site if you wish to return as even common errors when typing in the web address can lead you to other company's sites by mistake.
